-Let’s congratulate our Pre- K 4 class, our Kindergarten class, and our First Grade class
for beginning the 2022-2023 school year!
From our Nemours class
Television and learning For ages 8-16 month,
viewing baby DVD/ videos for 1 hour daily was
associated with 6-8 fewer words learning compared
to those that did not watch them More TV viewing
at age 3 years was associated with decreased
cognitive test scores at age 6 years.
Drink water or milk. Water is great choice anytime.
Should be visible and accessible for self-serve, inside and outside. Choose milk for meals. Whole milk
for ages 12-24 months 1% or far free milk
for ages 2 years and older limit or eliminate
fruit juice 4-6 oz per day (between home and
ECE setting) If offered, serve only 100% juice.
All Parents
Bring your child early to school every day to help him/her develop good habits
of responsibility. Do not forget to sign the daily attendance. Thank you!!!
